Part of Transnational Encounters, an art residency within Lines of Flight.

Working with Diasporas Now as the collective in residence, this programme explores what it means to create together across borders, cultures, and lived experiences, without flattening difference. It navigates questions of authorship, care, decision-making, and shared processes across diverse perspectives.

At the centre of the residency is Formula, an evolving R&D process through which the collective reflects on and reimagines how they work together.

Across May, the residency unfolds through studio-based exchanges, research connections with partner institutions, and public-facing moments and conversations, culminating in a final public event on Saturday 30 May, 2–4pm.
